Part 1: Work with Infinite Catalog
We’re hiring a 3rd party bookkeeper or company to do our books on a monthly or quarterly basis. Our setup is straightforward – we use QuickBooks, work remotely through Basecamp, and have relatively straightforward accounts and requirements. If you’re interested in working with IC, apply here.

Part 2: Join our Industry Directory
While we’re on the topic, we also want to encourage bookkeepers to add themselves to the IC Industry Directory. The directory helps connect our community of hundreds of catalogs and thousands of artists with the specialized services they need, and we’re actively expanding and enhancing it to make it a go-to resource for the independent music industry.

Finding specialized bookkeeping help can be challenging. When our community asks us for recommendations, and we’d rather point them to qualified pros than leave them guessing.
